Lunara loves to make friends and is friendly, though it takes her a bit to fully open up to people. She loves talking about magic, books, crafting, plants, and rocks.As a Miqo'te, she emotes a lot with her ears and tail (when she's mad or upset, her ears will flatten and her tail will whip wildly; if she's happy or excited, her ears perk up and the end of her tail twitches).As a Keeper of the Moon, she is naturally nocturnal, but her sleep can be adjusted where needed.

Aymeric

Lunara and Aymeric began a secret relationship in HW after the events of the Vault. Both of them felt profoundly sad after Haurchefant's death, so she went to check on him. Aymeric ends up kissing her and confessing his feelings. She, too, could not deny she felt something for him, too. They end up spending the night together, but litteraly they just sleep next to each other (they don't have sex). The relationship continues until the "dinner date" scene, when they break up, realizing their lives are heading in different directions. They remain best friends and allies throughout the story.

Emet-Selch

CW: assault. I'm choosing to be very vague about this part of her story, just because of how I decided to write it. All anyone needs to know is that Emet-Selch did some pretty horrible things to Lunara behind the Scions' backs until she could finally kill him. The Scions only found out after his death. This event affects her for quite some time, developing depression and anxiety. Thankfully, she eventually moves past it with help from the Scions.

Estinien

For Estinien NPC RPers: light romance is fine (e.g., hand-holding, kissing, cuddling, hugging, flirting, etc.), suggestive flirting is okay, but no ERP (I'm perfectly fine not RP'ing that aspect of their ship). Normal couple nicknames like love, dear, sweet, etc., are also okay.Moonlight is a special nickname Estinien calls Lunara. This nickname originated from a night when Lunara and Estinien star-gazed together in the Churning Mist. The full moon shone brightly, illuminating the color of her eyes. He had never seen a color like that before in his life. When he was possessed by Nidhogg, he held onto this memory to stay grounded. Later, he tells her that his possession was like walking through a blackened hell, devoid of light. Yet, he still remembers that night, the moon, and the color of her eyes. She was literally his moonlight, guiding him out of darkness.I don't have any major HCs about Estinien that change his personality. I do, however, HC him as being part draconic due to Niddhog possessing him in HW. These features are more physical (just fangs and longer, sharper nails), and he does speak Draconic. I don't see them impacting RP, but I wanted to note that in case.First impressions vs. current feelings: Lunara's first impression: she was in awe of Estinien and found him very impressive, though a little intimidating. Lunara's current feelings: she deeply loves Estinien and feels entirely at ease with him now. She knows she's safe and secure with him. Estinien's first impression: he didn't quite know what to make of Lunara at first. He wasn't entirely sure she was up to the task of ending the Dragonsong War. She would end up dispelling his doubts. Estinien's current feelings: he not only respects her as a warrior but is also deeply in love with and devoted to her. He can let his walls down around her completely. He's better for having her in his life.

Family

Lunara's blood family consists of her mother, Kehda, father, Osha'a, and her sister, Hawu. She no longer speaks to her mother, and they are not on good terms. She occasionally talks to her sister, and they are on good terms. Her mother told her that her father had been killed in the Calamity, but he actually had been in Ala Mhigo this whole time, and they're reunited in StB. He's recruited into the Scions as a scout, remaining with Lunara and/or the other Scions throughout MSQ.She sees all the Scions as her family and is especially close to the twins, Alphinaud and Alisaie, Y'shtola, G'raha, and Tataru. She also considers the twins' mother, Ameliance, like a second mother.

Romantic Relationships

Lunara is pansexual, but monogamous. She has had three partners throughout MSQ: Aymeric, her first in HW; Emet-Selch, her second in ShB; and Estinien, her husband from post-EW onward. She is only romantically involved with Estinien.
